Airborne weekend

In the third week of September, a large number of activities will commemorate the lost Battle of Arnhem. On Friday 18 September, a commemoration will take place during Bridge to Liberation. At the foot of the John Frost Bridge, the impact of the war will be commemorated with music, dance, images and stories on a floating stage. On Saturday 19 September, the heroes of Operation Market Garden will be honoured with airborne landings and various activities on the Ginkel Heath. On Sunday 20 September, a commemoration will take place at the War Cemetery in Oosterbeek.
