Bike rental
Go on an adventure with the wind in your hair and discover the Veluwe by bike. In the reception of EuroParcs De Hooge Veluwe you can rent regular bikes and e-bikes. In addition, there are also go-karts for rent on which you can race around the park. For more information and rates, please visit the reception. Bicycles should be returned before closing time of the reception.

E-chopper rental
You can rent a sturdy E-chopper and ride silently through the Veluwe countryside. You can choose from different routes which you can download to your phone via an app. You can rent an E-chopper on site or book in advance.

Enjoy a workout in our cosy and well-equipped gym! Whether you're here for a vigorous strength training session, a quick cardio workout or some flexibility exercises, our gym has everything you need to achieve your goals. Its compact size creates a personal and relaxed atmosphere where you can fully concentrate on your workout.

Swing, scramble, slide or jump on the air trampoline. Children have a great time on the playground equipment scattered throughout the park.
Firework-free
The use of fireworks is not permitted within our park. For many years, we have consciously chosen to maintain a completely firework-free New Year's celebration, allowing our guests, children and pets to enjoy peace and relaxation.
Due to changes in Dutch legislation, a ban on consumer fireworks will apply from New Year's Eve 2026/2027 onwards. Only Category F1 fireworks (such as sparklers and novelty fireworks) will remain permitted for private use. Professional fireworks displays may still take place where the required permits have been granted.
Please note that our firework-free policy applies only within the boundaries of the park. Outside the park, depending on local regulations and circumstances, professional fireworks displays may take place and permitted F1 fireworks may be used.
Important: No fireworks are permitted within the park, including Category F1 fireworks.
Holiday with your dog 🐾
Enjoying a holiday together with your dog? At EuroParcs De Hooge Veluwe, your loyal four-legged friend is more than welcome. While you relax in the beautiful nature of the Veluwe, your dog can enjoy the forests, heathlands and many walking opportunities nearby.
A dog leash policy applies throughout the park to keep the environment pleasant and safe for everyone. We kindly ask you to keep the surroundings clean and clean up after your dog.
The area around De Hooge Veluwe is perfect for long walks with your dog. From the park, you can easily reach the nature of De Hoge Veluwe National Park and discover extensive forests, heathlands and beautiful walking routes. Together, you can enjoy peace, space and the outdoors.
The surrounding area also offers various walking routes and nature areas where you and your dog can enjoy the beautiful Veluwe landscape together.
Good to know:
- Pets are allowed in selected accommodations
- Dogs must be kept on a leash in the park
- Dogs are welcome on many walking routes and in nature areas nearby
- You can walk directly into the Veluwe nature from the park
- There is no crate or dog shower available at the accommodation
