From Arnhem station to EuroParcs Hooge Veluwe
At Arnhem station, take Stadsbus 9 (direction Schaarsbergen IPC). After ± 25 minutes you will arrive at bus stop "Koningsweg". Get out here. Turn left at the roundabout and follow the Koningsweg until you reach the Lobby of EuroParcs Hooge Veluwe (± 6 min. Walk).

From EuroParcs Hooge Veluwe to Arnhem station
From the Lobby, follow the Koningsweg until you reach a roundabout (± 6 min. Walk). Turn right here. Here you will find bus stop "Koningsweg". From here take City bus 9 (direction Velp Hospital). After ± 25 minutes you will arrive at bus stop "Station" in Arnhem.

What to do on departure?

On the day of departure check out is before 10.00 o'clock.

• Leave the accommodation tidy.
• Make sure the dishes have been washed and everything has been put back in the right place.
• Take the waste to the recycling centre (milieustraat on the map).
• Remove the bed linen from the beds and put it all in one pillowcase.

ArrivalDespite all our best efforts, there may still be situations that require attention. In order to keep things up to standard and to be able to assess them, we therefore ask you to report malfunctions, technical defects and / or cleaning complaints to the lobby as soon as possible.

Would you like an early check-in? You can book an Early Bird Package, which means that you check in at 1:00 PM instead of 4:00 PM. This package costs € 35. For availability, please contact our lobby or booking center.


Barrier
Upon arrival at the park, you will receive a barrier pass at the lobby with which you can enter the park, please note that the barrier does not allow anyone to enter the park between 23:00 in the evening and 07:00 in the morning. You can of course leave the park 24/7.

Traffic rules
Due to the child-friendliness of our park, we urge you to drive at walking pace across the park. Please respect the signposting when doing so. It is allowed to park a maximum of 1 car in the designated parking area at the accommodation.
A maximum of 2 cars may be parked at all stone bungalows from 6 persons. In case of violation, the barrier pass is blocked. Follow any directions from our employees immediately. This increases the holiday pleasure for everyone.

TV channels
In every accommodation and chalet you can receive different TV channels. We have NPO 1,2,3, RTL 4,5,7,8, SBS6, Veronica, Eurosport, Nickelodeon and Discovery Channel, among others.

WiFi
You can use our WiFi network throughout the park; "Hotspot_HoogeVeluwe".
Its use is completely free. The password is: europarcs.

Dogs
Dogs are welcome in our park in some accommodations. However, we ask you to keep your dog on a leash at all times in the park and to let it out outside the park. Keep in mind that not everyone likes dogs. Dogs are not allowed in the reception.

Laundry service
You can also wash your clothes in our launderette, at the lobby you can get the coins for the washing machine and dryer. The costs are € 4.50 for a washing coin and € 2.50 for a dry coin.

Post
The mail is brought to the mailbox next to the lobby at the level of the go-karts, here everything is placed on the first letter of the last name. So check this regularly. On the first day of the month, the mail is returned up to 2 weeks before.

Because we value nature, the woods, the dunes and reeds, and your safery, we have a friendly reminder for you:

• Only gas and electric barbecues are allowed
• Please make sure to have a fire extinguisher at hand
• When you smoke, please make sure the cigarette is completely put out and please throw it in the ashtray

Both the general car park and at the swimming pool have a charging point. These are suitable for all passes.

You can wash and dry at the park against a pin payment of 4,50 and 2,50 Euro.

The breakfast boxes are delivered between 9:00 and 10:00. Our other food boxes such as the BBQ, gourmet and snack boxes are not delivered. These can be collected from the restaurant.

At Arnhem train station, take City Bus 9 (direction Schaarsbergen IPC). After about 25 minutes you will arrive at bus stop "Koningsweg" and get off here. Turn left at the roundabout and follow Koningsweg until you arrive at the reception of our holiday park.

The entry barrier is open from 7:00 to 23:00 and the exit barrier is always open.

All properties have a Nespresso machine, the cups can be bought in our supermarket or in one of the supermarkets in the area.

Barbecuing is allowed at your accommodation on gas or electric. You can order a barbecue package at the Boshuis restaurant. You can find this in the EuroParcs app or at the reception.

Bread rolls and groceries can be ordered via the EuroParcs app. You can order this up to 18:00 in the evening for the next day.

It is possible to park 1 car at the accommodation.
